Why We Do What We Do

Purchasing new construction can be complicated and intimidating. It is important that you hire a real estate agent to represent you in this process. In general, builders’ model homes are staffed by agents who work directly for and represent the builder. Having a real estate agent who represents you and is looking after your best interests is integral. As realtors who specialize in our area with a lot of new construction we would love to represent you! We will review the paperwork and make sure you are asking all the right questions. We will take pictures to show you the progress, and basically be your eyes and ears throughout the entire construction process. Having your own full representation won’t cost you a penny. The builder pays for our services, NOT you the buyer.

FACT: the price of your new home will not increase if you have your own realtor. In fact builders encourage you to utilize a realtor when purchasing a new home.
